For example, instead of beating yourself up for not getting the job you wanted, you could look at it as an opportunity to become even better at doing interviews. You should also focus on doing the things you love, whether it's your hobbies, hanging out with friends or family, or spending time in nature. Additionally, take care of yourself by eating healthy and regularly getting in some form of exercise, like yoga, walking, or playing sports, since you'll feel happier if you're physically healthy.
