My teen daughter came out. I accept her for who she is unconditionally. However, despite the fact that my wife tries, she doesn't seem to be able to fully accept this. How can I help her accept this? It seems to me that nothing much more needs to be done here. You have found a way; your wife is accepting as well, even if she's not entirely OK with it yet - at least she's doing her best. I truly think you can just let it rest and focus on other things in life. It will give your wife more time to fully accept it, too.
