One thing you can do is play off of your coworkers' strengths and avoid relying on them for things they dislike. For example, if a coworker really hates brainstorming, don't bounce ideas off of them. If they really enjoy the actionable steps, invite them to join you for that instead. Think of them less like resources and more like members of a team. This way you can stop pushing against them and start working with them towards your common goal.
