Do I need to have a signature on file with both the sending and the receiving bank if I am the intended recipient of an ACH transfer? Not necessarily. If you have accounts at Bank 123 and want to transfer money to your account via ACH payment to your account at Bank 456, you may be able to send the money through your bank's mobile banking or bill payment program.
