One of the most important ways to accelerate muscle growth is to train using heavier weights. Slowly build up the heaviness of the weights that you lift and the number of repetitions that you do. It’s also important to have rest days. This allows your muscles to have adequate time for rest and recovery, which means that you’re less likely to get injured. Eating a surplus of calories also plays an important role in accelerating muscle growth. This means that your body has enough fuel to gain muscle mass. Ensure that you eat plenty of protein-rich foods to help build lean muscle. Chicken, beef, and fish are all good options. You can also get vitamin supplements that are designed to promote muscle growth. Vitamins C, D, and E can all encourage muscle growth.
